Receptionist/Office Assistant
Aspen Personnel Service is partnering with a long-standing, professional firm to hire a welcoming and highly organized Reception & Office Assistant. This role manages a busy multi-line switchboard, greets visitors, processes mail, and provides essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer and route high-volume calls promptly and courteously.
· Greet customers, vendors, and staff with a professional, friendly attitude.
· Open, sort, scan, and route incoming mail; prepare and send outgoing mail.
· Prepare documents for delivery and accurately index electronic submissions.
· Maintain colleague availability logs for incoming calls.
· Order and organize office supplies and handle routine filing tasks.
· Communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writing with customers and team members.
· Support other departments with clerical tasks and special projects as needed.
· Safeguard confidentiality and maintain punctual, professional attendance.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems.
· Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Comfortable operating standard office equipment (computers, copiers, scanners).
· Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Schedule:
· Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Compensation:
·$42,000–$48,000 annually + full benefits
