IT Support Specialist 1
***Onsite in Kalispell MT***
We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist . In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for all technical issues—providing hands-on and remote support, maintaining hardware, managing user accounts, and ensuring exceptional service for all staff.
What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
Respond to service desk requests and escalate when needed
Set up and maintain desktop systems and user accounts
Keep accurate documentation and inventory of hardware
Support AV setups for meetings and events
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of IT support experience or a degree in a related field
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking
Willingness to travel to branch locations and be on-call as needed
Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus (or willingness to earn them)
