HVAC Project Manager in San Diego, CA

We are a large Mechanical Contractor and work on some of CA’s biggest and best projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple large-scale Mechanical projects.

• Build and strengthen relationships with our clients (both GC’s and Owners).

• Build/Engineer Plans, Estimate projects, Get GC and/or Owner approval, Complete Projects (managing multiple projects at same time).

• Coordinate schedules and timelines with other trades.

• Work with Suppliers and Vendors to get materials delivered on-time and stay within budget.

Requirements:

• Local in San Diego area
• 5+ years of experience

• Project Management of large-scale HVAC (Wet and Dry-side)

• Mid to Large Commercial HVAC Project experience

• Experience working with MS Excel, MS Project, BlueBeam, and Quickpen

Preferred:

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering

• PE License
• Experience working with AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam, Quickpen, Excel, MS Project, and other BIM-Related applications like Navisworks.
