The Indiana Institute for Behavior Analysis (TIIBA)is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)to provide home-based ABA therapy for families across central Indiana . Whether you’re an experienced RBT or just starting out, we’ll provide paid training and all the tools you need to succeed.
Evening Shifts: Flexible hours, typically 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Location: In-home ABA therapy throughout central Indiana

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous ABA or RBT experience preferred, but not required
Must be comfortable working independently in client homes
Reliable transportation to visit clients throughout Indianapolis
