We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team! As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in the planning and execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale public festivals.
Location : San Antonio, TX
Job : Full time
Pay : $18.50 - $28.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and organization of various events
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless logistics
Help maintain event budgets and track expenses
Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations and schedules
Set up event spaces, including audio-visual equipment and decorations
Assist with on-site registration and attendee management
Minimum Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of event planning principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
A passion for events and customer service
