Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Data Entry Administrative Assistant to work on-site with our client, a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components company. This role is 100% onsite and requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a solo setting. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
ResponsibilitiesTransfer inspection data from blueprints and CMM reports into formal AS9100 First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation.
Balloon blueprints for FAI inspections as required.
Enter data into AS9100 FAI system accurately and efficiently.
Use Discus software for FAI documentation and Excel for data entry.
Provide accurate, timely, and consistent documentation in line with AS9100 requirements.
Transfer information from handwritten documents into computer systems (TIP).
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Take initiative to learn and adapt quickly with minimal supervision.
Perform other clerical duties as needed.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Strong computer and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a solo setting and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
Experience with Excel and computer software applications.
Self-starter with initiative and ability to learn from examples.
Familiarity with AS9100, First Article Inspections (FAI), and GD&T.
Experience in an AS9100 or equivalent manufacturing/quality environment.
Experience with Discus software is a plus.
