Work you'll do
  • Assist with all aspects of front-end background investigation processing
  • Enter data into processing systems
  • Enter data into the e-QIP/eAPP system for processing from initiation to completion for the client population, including conducting a quality review of the information submitted and communicating with the customer, in-person, by email, and/or phone, to ensure proper completion of the e-QIP/eAPP.
  • Fingerprint customers for credentialing and background investigation processing utilizing the B.E.S.T enrollment software station and with ink on hard cards.
  • Access the DCSA CVS/PIPS database to review customer's prior investigation information, screen-shot the case and adjudication status in order to update and upload into the customer's Security Manager profile and provide to Federal Personnel Security Specialists for further review.
  • Ensure Foreign National customers present documents that provide Federal work authorization to upload into Security Manager and to provide the work authorization expiration date for credential processing.

Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or experience in similar role in lieu of degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Public Trust clearance required
  • Must have 4+ years of experience within the following:
    • Processing front-end background investigation
    • Fingerprint customers for credentialing and background investigation processing
    • Must have the ability to generate and provide reports detailing program status and initiatives for the information and consumption of government stakeholders and executive leadership
    • Working within e-QIP/eAPP system for processing
Preferred:
  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
  • 1+ years experience within government contract execution and management and its associated communications and liaison activities between vendor contracting offices and government contracting officers

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875.00 to $163,125.00. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
