Kids & Fitness is seeking Early Childhood Teachers (Leads, Assistants, and Floaters) to join either of our South Burlington or Essex locations! We are looking for someone who is outgoing, nurturing, willing to be active and fun-loving, and has a genuine love of children! Experience in a classroom setting is a must! Job requirements will include, but are not limited to, curriculum planning, collaborating with colleagues, and lots of communication with families.

Duties We support a child-centered, exploration-based philosophy that responds to the changing interests of each child. Requirements Requirements/Qualifications: Our team is looking for professionals who are creative, flexible, possess good communication skills, have a commitment to working with children and families, and have a passion for educating young minds through play. Education requirements are based on position being applied for.
Nice To Haves At minimum, one year of experience and either a completion of Fundamentals, or one 3-credit course in an ECE-related field.
